About Moda Vamp

Hello, my name is Virginia.

I’ve spent much of my life working in fashion throughout Los Angeles—from rental departments and showrooms to assisting an incredibly talented latex designer and interning at The Residency Experience, founded by B. Åkerlund. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of being in rooms filled with extraordinarily talented artists, designers, stylists, and creative minds.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to start curating a life of my own.

Fashion has never felt like simply a job to me. It gets into your soul. For years, I poured so much of myself into this industry that sometimes it felt as though there was very little left that belonged only to me.

Eventually, I began finding pieces that I couldn't stop thinking about—clothing with history, personality, strangeness, romance. Pieces that somehow reflected the way I saw fashion. I wanted to share them, so I opened a small Etsy shop. Three years later, I wanted to create something more personal: a world where I could fully express how I see fashion, both visually and emotionally.

That world became Moda Vamp.

Moda Vamp is a dedication to my never-ending love affair with fashion—one that has consumed me since childhood and, at times, has been as tragic as it has been beautiful.

DRESS TO DISAPPEAR.

It isn't about becoming invisible.

It's about disappearing from expectation.

Dressing not to satisfy the gaze, but to escape its definition of you. The more deliberately you dress, the less accessible you become.

You can be seen without being known.
Desired without being possessed.
Beautiful without asking for approval.

Sometimes the most powerful way to be seen is to decide what remains hidden.

Moda Vamp is for those moments when you want to fashionably disappear—and for the woman you are today, knowing she may be someone entirely different tomorrow.
